Jackson Hole, Wyoming

The owner of Ridgeline Excavation in Jackson Hole, Wyoming called and said that he wanted to get a track built for his family and friends. He would have his equipment on the job and personnel assisting MX Track Builders as the lead for the project. Our site was virtually flat when we started. The top 2’ of soil was a sandy clay loam and the underlying material was a pit run (unmanufactured gravel). In order to create the elevation our customer wanted to incorporate in the track we had to strip the topsoil and run it through a screener. Once we had the topsoil stripped we excavated three large storm water basins. By excavating the basins we gained elevation throughout our site and generated material which we used to build the core of the track. We top coated the track with the screened topsoil for the finishing touch. We had several machines moving everyday for two weeks to make this build happen.
